Program Description

Daviess County Community Corrections began in September of 1983. The program started with two components and one employee. We know have four components and seven full time and three part-time employees. Our program offers sentencing alternatives for Daviess Circuit and Superior Court. Our current components are home detention for both juveniles and adults; work release; community service restitution for both juveniles and adults; and the Suspension Assignment Program for students suspended from school.
