The Rooted Project: Onsite Clinic

A medical provider will be available onsite to see patients who do not have insurance. Whether you prefer to make an appointment or walk in, you'll be taken care of. Additionally, if needed, translation services will be provided to ensure effective communication. Our Community Health Workers will also be onsite and available to help connect you to the resources you need.
