1. I have unused medications. How can I dispose of them safely?

You may discard your unused medications at the Washington City Police Department or CVS Pharmacy.

2. Where can I get my birth certificate?

If you were born in Daviess County, you may come to the Daviess County Health Department for a copy of your birth certificate. You will need to show identification and complete a form. Cost is $15.00/copy. If you were born in another county, we do not have access to your birth certificate.
